Order Office records show no trace of any Lucas Electric Horn having been delivered these Works or passed to the Experimental Department, so we can give you no information whatever.
Presumably it is not possible for goods of this nature to be delivered to the Experimental Dept. except through the proper channel, i.e., Order Office and Stores.
