Stop for throttle now to occur here & not externally
Note. the internal dia of sleeve must be larger than the spindle in order to allow disc to square itself up with end of choke tube. .025" in diameter difference is about correct.
Note. The external stop nut on throttle is to be done away with. The stop now being formed by the felt washer.

Brass plate.
choke tube.
Felt washer. This washer should be shell-aced on to disc before rivetting up.
