Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} ✓ from Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} J3806. Mx{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer}3/T20.5.31 RECEIVED 20 MAY 1931 Central Oiling System Captain Wylie, an old customer, and a recent purchaser of a Phantom II chassis was at the Works yesterday. He brought to our notice what he considers is an inconsistency, in that we indicate the quantity contained in the petrol tank, crankcase, gearbox etc. and do not make any attempt to show the quantity of oil, if any, which is contained in the Bijur oil tank on dashboard.
