John Rossage, Esq. --------------- Further to this Owner's complaints with regard to difficulty in starting up the engine of his Phantom III when it is hot, we regret to say that the new carburetter which has been fitted has made no improvement. Herewith copy of Mr. Rossage's letter, together with a copy of our reply, from which you will see that we have asked him to send the car to Cricklewood and give us 24 hours' notice so that you can arrange to send a representative down to Cricklewood to meet the driver and investigate the complaint.
