C O P Y. To J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} from R.{Sir Henry Royce} Copy to Hy{Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer} 21/4/15 COPY R4/IB19315. April 19th.1915. Re Radiators. With reference to this serious question of radiators, I think the right thing to do would be to get Mr Haldenby working at them to see if any method of suspension would make them give satisfaction, as we might be able to alter them for a few pounds, making them far better. The trouble appears to come from road shocks, and the cars on English roads do not usually fail often but those on the rough road on the Continent the failures seem to be increasingly frequent.
