Dear Sirs, We have received your communication of the 20th., respecting the Meter Valves, and note that you have received the extra three, types S.0, S.1 and S2, as requested in your telephonic communication. We might mention that we understood that only one S.2 Meter Valve was required extra for use on the 40/50 H.P. Car, but we now note that you require a further one, and this, we are pleased to inform you was forwarded to you yesterday. We hope that this will safely come to hand. Regarding your last paragraph, we regret to inform you that we are unable to trace your previous request of the 15th., regarding the position of the remaining sets, but we have pleasure in informing you that a further set is being despatched to you today and we are making every endeavour with a view to complete your order for the six sets at the earliest possible moment. We hope, however, that the recent delivery will meet with your present requirements.
