Coverley - Production Engineer}3/BE. 10.6.25. ------------------- RE "W" SERIES SIDE LEVER MECH: The improved change speed mechanism to LeC 2025 was instructed to us at different periods between the dates of 9.4.25. and 23.5.25. Whilst we have got this scheme finished there has been some later modifications instructed from W.W. to LeC 2037. These instructions have not, as yet been issued to us. It will therefore be seen that unless D.O. furnish us with the latest instructions very quickly, the change speed mechanism fitted to Mr. Royce's car will not be in accordance with the latest W.W. instructions.
