Questioning the delivery of a second sample Tangye Jack.

I am not quite sure why they have sent this second Jack, as we understood the first sample Jack submitted (Vide ROY {Sir Henry Royce} 4/MG30.10.29) also had a cadmium plated sliding Tube.
