Co. I am not suggesting that what has been done is a not/reasonable scheme, but I am merely passing on the copy of Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}'s note, so that it will be appreciated that in future it is necessary for such matter to be brought to WOR{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}'s notice.
