Mine Wd {Mr Wood / Mr Whitehead} 9/NJ15.4.21. Referring to the sample "S B" Motor, without pinion, which Messrs. C.A. Vandervell & Co. Ltd. are sending us, they now confirm that its rotation will be anti-clockwise as seen when looking at the pinion end. They also state they are sending a starter switch for hand operation. In further reply to yours EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 4/T11.4.21 I send you a letter from C.A. Vandervell & Co. Ltd dated 14th inst. (received here 16th inst in my absence and unattended to since owing to other urgent matters) asking for further information, which I hope it will be possible for you to furnish in the course of tomorrow (Wednesday). Attached to the letter is a quotation dated 14th inst. for Model "S B" and Model "S C" Starters. You will note the quotation holds good for 14 days from the date thereof.
