Dear Sirs,

X.4342

In reply to your letter of the 18th inst., with which you enclosed blue print No. N Scheme 838, whilst our type SC starting motor does not fulfil the conditions entirely, there is a possibility that arrangements could be made for its adaption.

With this object in view we have pleasure in enclosing herewith our blue print No. 5325 giving a sectional view of this particular starter. It will be noticed that the thickness of the yoke will not permit of the method of fixing the bearing bracket as required by your goodselves, and we should be glad to have your remarks as to whether you approve of the method on our drawing.

Upon receipt of your further valued remarks, doubtless something could be arranged which will receive our mutual approval.

Thanking you for your enquiry, and assuring you of our best attentions at all times,
Yours faithfully,

per pro C.A.Vandervell & Co. Ltd.,
