We give below an extract of a memo we have received from Mr. Evans in London, which we certainly recommend for your consideration:-

"I have noted that the seat boards immediately over the swan neck exhaust pipe get extremely hot, although covered with a sheet of asbestos Would it be possible for you to lag this pipe in a similar way to that in which you do the one on the 40/50 HP. chassis."
