I pointed out that whilst all the other copies had been signed, yours had not been signed, but that you had not received the Standardization Sheet owing to the fact that cost figures were not available, and I understand you do not get a standardization sheet until cost figures are attached to same. I attach hereto copy of the standardization sheet and would like to know whether the conditions will justify you signing same or not. If you sign the sheet, the earliest date the Works can bring the shutters in is 101 in "L" Series. The first chassis on "L" Series will be put on test towards the end of September. This means that the first chassis with the new vertical shuttered radiator under this scheme will be approximately the commencement of the new year.
