Royal Air Force Station, Church Fenton, nr. Tadcaster, Yorks. Handwritten: Winch Handwritten: 2006 Date:- 20th. April, 1941. Dear Robotham, In our last conversation you said you thought the Winch drawings would be ready in a month from now, or at least they are pretty well ready now. I have been moved on to a new job and so am unfortunately unable to come and see you. I would much like to come but am extremely busy at the moment. I am writing to my successor at Thruxton to ask him to go to see, as I was going to do so. In any case to see those drawings. I am very much interested in your Winch and hope it will be a success. Yours sincerely Munro Bustus Wing Commander, Commanding Maintenance Wing, R.A.F., Church Fenton, Yorks. Wm. Robotham, Esq., Rolls Royce Ltd., Belper, Derbyshire. | ||
