As you are aware this is being modified, using a sheet-metal base, with a bracket integral with interior unit, and this should be reduced by (I should say) 2-3 lb.

The same remarks apply here as to the Phantom II.

The system can if necessary be further lightened by introducing Duralumin or Rolls Royce metal for each Jack ram base.
