With reference to your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/MJ14.4.30 I enclose copy of letter received from The Car Mart, together with copy of letter the India Tyre Co's Works Manager wrote to the Works on March 1st last on this question of balance. Meantime they are agreeable to our returning to the India Tyre Co's Works at Inchinnan any tyres you receive which are more out of balance than can be overcome by the use of our standard balance weights.
