c. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Ex. R.N/P.D. 60H CONFIDENTIAL. 25th.November 1938. BY.S/N. Messrs.Park Ward & Co.Ltd., 173, High Road, Willesden, London N.W.10. Dear Sirs, Re: 25/30 HP. Chassis ( Wraith 111). We reviewed the "Silent Bloc Floatex Mounting bushes" fitted to the 25/30 h.p. chassis at your Works, and the durometer hardness did appear to vary. We are investigating the floatex bushes in our possession, and will inform you in due course, whether the standard is being maintained. We agreed to lengthen the petrol filler tube thank, to allow a better fit in the rubber hose. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. CHIEF ENGINEER. CHASSIS | ||
