Dear Sirs,

We thank you for the samples of tacking strips which you kindly sent us.

With reference to the tubular seat, it is at present on test and we are glad to say has given satisfaction. We are asking our Purchasing Department to send you our official order for this. On receipt of this, please let us have the invoice for work done.

At a later date, we shall probably ask you to make a pair of seats of this type. Before doing this, the writer will probably call and see you and discuss one or two improvements which we shall make.

Yours faithfully,
for ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED,
