Dear Mr. Ward,

Thank you for your letter of the 4th, regarding the cellulose and headlining material. I understand that this is now in our stores, although it has not yet reached Belper.

Also thank you for copy of correspondence with I.C.I. (Rexine) Ltd., this reply is as usual. In my experience they are not interested in anything less than an order for one piece of about fourty yards.

When you receive the cuttings of leather which you are trying to obtain, I shall be glad to have them. I understand from Messrs. Connolly's that they posted some samples to us last Friday which appear to have gone astray, as we have not received them.
