If any recommendations as referred to in the last paragraph can be made we should be glad if you would send them to him, or send them to us to forward on to him; in any case we should like to have a copy of any communication on this matter. As a matter of fact, we have in the past, as you know, received similar complaints from our tester-inspector Jackson, who is stationed in Belgium; so that any information we can convey to our inspectors on the Continent in this respect would at least minimise the complaint.
