Brass Fittings on the S.U. Pump.

The Bentley pump is fitted with ¼" internal diameter pipe and we fail to see why it should be necessary to have a 5/16 hole in the spherical union. It would certainly make a simple and stronger job if the base was made uniform at .250" the same as that of the pipe.

A slight chamfer could be put in internal bore to register with the ferrule if not truely lined up.

Will you please issue the revised drawing to the S.U. Co. as soon as possible if this has your approval.
