We have been repeatedly held up by this pipe fracturing at the thermometer pocket, due to vibration of the filter relative to the engine with the increased movement of the new mounting. The Filter needs to be rigidly fixed to the crankcase, not bolted to an overhanging bracket. In order to continue running, we have fixed up a plain copper pipe with a coil in it, so for the time being oil temperatures cannot be taken. ------------- Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GWH{George W.
