Dear Sir,

Thank you for your letter of the 22nd. March. I suggest provisionally Thursday or Friday, April 3rd. or 4th. for your visit.

Light alloy brake drums were one of our problems and I see that you have made some progress in these and we shall be glad to test the results of your efforts.

I enclose a scheme drawing which shows an all aluminium rear axle. The problem here is to fasten securely an extruded tube into an aluminium casting, for the minimum possible cost.
