With reference to the cars which we run 10,000 miles, you had better make out a list of the parts which it is proposed to fit on such a car, and submit it to Mr Royce, before we start running the car, because the expenditure of running 10,000 miles is considerable and he wants to see that it is justified, thoroughly.
