X2641 Extract from Cy8/G19.8.20. Re New Chassis Troubles. --------------------- Below are some examples experienced with the electrical equipment we have recently had with imported chassis: (4) X.3333. On the same car the self-starter epicyclic gear was noisy but could not be rectified at the moment by us because of lack of spares. (5) X.607. X.2641. On 46-LW, the battery was run down by a long screw in the starter switch which fouled the case and earthed the battery. (6) X.3749. X.25151 X.1163. On the same car, apparently at another time, the negative fuse in the junction box blew, making it impossible to blow the Klaxon horn and causing the Klaxon button to start the engine. Further troubl was met with due to the fuses blowing. | ||
