Dear Mr & Mrs,

The coffin of Percy arrived here safely at 5.10 pm this evening by the undertaker his face looked as natural as in life. we were all able, including his mother (who of course was much affected) to see him for the last time & for all that there is great credit due to the undertaker & for the very careful way in which they must have brought him on his last journey home.
We were pleased to hear from Mr Nicholas today that Canon [?] called on one of his friends.
