QUARTERLY COMPLAINTS.

With regard to your list of complaints, Ed{J. L. Edwards}1/HR.26.10.33., we should like some more information on the item headed Brakes Inefficient, which contains 309 complaints during the past half year.

Our experience experimentally is that if a car's brakes are inefficient it is almost invariably due to the servo. However, as this item is specifically separated from complaints of servo inefficiency, we presume that it must refer to something else.

We should be interested to know what is done to cure these complaints.
