Dear Hall,

I was sorry I missed you, but was glad to be able to talk to you on the telephone.

With regard to getting the maximum amount of information out of the practice runs, herewith is a suggested programme. The total information required from the practice runs is as follows :-

(1) Tyre life (both cars).
(2) Petrol Consumption (both cars).
(3) The handling of the car with a full tank (race car only).
(4) Total distance that can be run on reserve (race car only).
(5) Effect of performance and total car weight on the brakes (practice car only).
(6) Check if oil consumption is reasonable (race car only).
