| Ref. 90 (29(1) ) Mr Swetnam. 7/12/11 Re timing gears for 1900 series. TBB9/L71211. Minute 29(1) of the 90th Meeting of the T.C. November 30th. "Mr Platford advised the Committee that he had tested the bronze gears, but had been unable to obtain satisfactory results. He had also tested the cast iron gears, and these were at present running well. It was agreed that another set of cast iron gears should be made and fitted to an experimental car.
