Dear Sirs, X 43425 Starter Motor for "Goshawk II" Engine. -------------------------------------- Further to ours of the 3rd ult., and yours of the 7th and 10th ult., we send you herewith one blue print of each of the following drawings:- D.50045 - Shaft. D.50051 - Bearing Bracket. D.50052 - Outline. Shaft - D.50045. The motor end of this shaft has been made in accordance with your drawing X.4834, with the exception that we prefer the shoulder of the shaft to stand out from the carcase .187 instead of .312. Before issuing this shaft to our works for manufacture we should be glad if you would confirm that as far as your portion of the shaft is concerned this drawing is O.K. Bearing Bracket - D.50051. This drawing is identical with Drawing D.50002 except that the new drawing embodies the dimensions which you added to our blue print, previously. Outline - D.50052. This drawing is cable clamped which you desire to have on the commutator end, and also embodies the overall dimensions given on your assembly drawing Y.4831. Subject to receiving your approval of the above all the details will be immediately put in hand by our works, and dispatched to you for fitting to the motor at the earliest possible moment.
