The first complaint relates to the idle mixture screw failing to screw in far enough. We understand you have suggested that we cut off the first three threads of the screw. As regards this matter, the screw to which you are referring has not been fitted to the carburetters since 26.5.38, as now the carburetter has volume control of slow running. We think this week we have handled a sample of what you complain, and we found when the carburetter was returned to us that the control screw was only screwed in about three turns and had then been locked up very | ||
