X.457 X. 3538 We understand from R.{Sir Henry Royce} that there is a report on the results of tests with different tyre pressure, but so far we have not had a copy. We should very much like one. Mr. Royce has quoted us some figures from memory and if they are correct the road speed of the wobbles appears to follow the square root of the tyre pressure, which we make out to correspond exactly with the period of the front axle oscillating on the tyres.
