In reply to your Al6/H19.1.25, we would say that we quite agree with what you told this owner, and it would be a matter of surprise to us if the Houdaille shock absorbers fitted were really effecting the improvement in riding which customer appears to imagine they do. We return herewith the original letter, and we are sending copies of your memo and the letter to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} and BY.{R.W.
