Dear Mr. Robotham,

Many thanks for your letter of the 8th inst, from which I note you consider our installation of the clutch control on your 40/50 car has been much improved by the slight changes we made a week ago. I note the modifications that you intend making in your clutch, and look forward to hearing further from you in this matter in about ten days' time.

With regard to the brake lining material we use, I would advise that this is supplied to us by The Ferodo Company Ltd, under their symbol V.L.M.20. Should you write them, if your letter is addressed to Mr. Field, I can promise that it will receive every attention.

Regarding the Standard car which your friend intends purchasing, I can confidently recommend to him either their Little 'Twelve' or their Big 'Twelve' model.

Looking forward to hearing from you in due course regarding the clutch control, and with kind regards,

I am,

Yours sincerely,

HERBERT-CLARK.
