contd :- -2- BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} is in constant touch with W.W. and is satisfied that everything possible is being done by them. In the meantime however we are building up a car and fixing to it temporary pieces which will afterwards have to be changed. The car however we are building will be very much nearer 'V' series chassis than 93-NK. Unless anything unforseen occurs, we could arrive with this car at Gerrards Cross midday Tuesday the 23rd. Dec. We should like to have this car returned to us as soon as possible. We do not think we can possibly have a complete 'V' series car in France by January the 6th. or 7th. In the meantime, although the 10,000 miles test is not started, the testing and experimental work on 'V' series is being carried on continuously. MADE AT CROXLEY Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
