X5370 Mr. C.E. C.F. C.H. C.Hq. FLEXIBILITY IN SERVICE. ************************ Referring to Dal/W.25/4.27. our instruction to Repair Dept. is to incorporate flexibility wherever the customer has cause to complain. Free of charge parts have been in hand for some time covering both the 40/50 HP. and 20 HP. in case of complaint. Hmn. reports that very few complaints are received. It was therefore not thought, at the time cards were instructed, desirable to add the pieces incorporating increased flexibility, on all cars. If R.{Sir Henry Royce} is still of the opinion that although complaints are few the improvement is of a sufficiently important nature to justify treating all cars as they become available, we will arrange to have a card made out for this purpose.
