You will remember that this chassis was handed to you for experimental use, by arrangement with Sales Dept. We shall be glad if you will let us know what prospects there are of this being handed back to the Test Department so that it can be put through its routine and despatched. It is understood that Test Dept. chassis loaned to the Experimental Dept. will be retained for about a month, but it was understood when this chassis was handed over to you that you would only require it for about a fortnight. It was only on these conditions that we obtained Sales Dept's. premission for this particular chassis to be used. We are afraid that in cases where the Experimental Dept. desire to use Test Dept. chassis for a month, it will be necessary for us to allot a new chassis which has just come on test from the works.
