PHANTOM GEARBOXES.

Many thanks for memo E.5/FP.{F. Potts}14.12.36. We have no doubts whatever that machining and broaching operations can be carried out on material with a Brinell figure of 360 to 380 and therefore do not anticipate any trouble in this direction.
