Attached is copy of a Paper ready by Mr. Whipple, of the Cambridge Instrument Company (the only copy I have) which may be of interest.

Mr. Whipple suggests the Vibrograph might be of interest in Spring testing etc., and tells me the Torsion meter is being used by the Armstrong Siddeley people in Aero Engine work.

Would Fg. kindly pass on the Booklet.

ROY.{Sir Henry Royce}

ENCLOSURE. Booklet "Some New Recording Instruments" ..S.Whipple.
