Y44HCP X4655 EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 4/T. 27th May, 1925. Messrs. Peto & Radford, 50, Grosvenor Gardens, London, S.W.1. Dear Sirs, Yours M {Mr Moon / Mr Moore} /5 of the 26th inst, dealing with the question of thicker ebonite separators for your batteries supplied for our chassis, to hand. As this does not seem to be a vital question there is time to give the matter due consideration. We should be pleased if you would send us, as suggested, a sample of the .6 mm. material, also a new sample of the standard .4 mm. for comparison. It is understood that the use of the ebonite material to the .6 mm. sample sent would not put up the price of the battery and that this would only occur if the .6 mm. material, punched with as many holes as the .44 mm. material, but not at present in existence, were decided upon. Though the question of extra cost would not prevent us utilising these suggested separators, we should we finally decide that they would increase reliability, nevertheless it would be of interest to us to have some | ||
