Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} Files. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}5/KT.15.12.33. 10,000 MILES PHANTOM. You will remember that it was originally proposed that we should use 21-Ex car for the next 10,000 miles test. On looking into this we find that 22-EX is fitted with a subframe, and as we are no longer useing subframes, and tests carried out on the frame would not be representative of the cars we are producing. We therefore propose taking expl. chassis 20-EX which is fitted with an old body which also has a subframe, remove this body and get your permission to fit a new one When Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} was up here the other day we discussed this point with him and this is the body referred to in Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}3/12.12.33.
