Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 17th inst., and would advise you that out of the 36 Units referred to (3-10") were found to be undersize in the Splines and were scrapped. Furthermore, (4-10" and 2-11") were found to be beyond economical repair, while the remaining 27 Units were refaced with Thermoid Facings at the charge of £17.13.9d.Nett.

Trusting that this makes the position quite clear.

Yours faithfully,

BORG & BECK COMPANY LTD.
