From the recent tests at Brooklands and any other experience, will you please let me know what advantage high compression engines have over medium compression and low compression, and to what extent in the following respects:-

(a) Acceleration.
(b) Highest road speed.
(c) Hill climbing.

Will you please give this information in terms which would be understood by a non-technical customer.

CJ. informs me that he is very anxious to have this information and any other results of the test at Brooklands at the earliest possible moment.
