Dear Daniell,

Thank you for your letter of March 7th.

I note that you consider that 40% on the American figure would get the axle to our Factory and furthermore, that you think you could fabricate it for less than this.

With reference to the conn. rods, you are correct in assuming that we want something better than we are getting from our present suppliers, therefore we would rather wait until you have the final product than take forgings that are not what we want.
