PHANTOM 1 - FABRIC ENGINE COUPLINGS.

Although I was inclined to think we had not modified the Phantom 1 coupling from the type which was failing anywhere between 20,000 and 50,000 miles, I found upon investigating the position that we had already issued to Repair Dept. a new form of coupling fixing using large rivets and cover plate in place of the screws some 2 to 3 weeks ago.

I mention this to prevent misunderstanding arising as the result of my remark.
