We understand R.{Sir Henry Royce} has suggested a number of modifications. From experience we know that after the first car is tried, there will sure to be other modifications.

There are still a number of points in connection with the 4-wheel brake scheme, which we have criticised and have said we do not consider they are good enough to be despatched to customers, which have not yet received attention.

We suggest that when front brakes are available a considerable number will be first required for trials and Agents demonstration cars.

I also understood from C. that they had made a promise to customers who had accepted their cars without front wheels brakes fitted, that the brakes would be fitted on to those cars before the cars which had been purchased at a later date. It would therefore appear that it may happen that even when the brakes are available, it may happen-th be sometime before there will be sufficient quantities to allow production chassis to be built with them.
