Dear Mr. Stephenson,

Thank you for your letter of the 13th. March.

You do seem to be making a good job of this oil cooler hydrogen brazing.

The next step is to get some units for experimental test, but as I have no more parts these cannot be done until Mr. Breeden decides to put some tools in hand. I have, therefore, written to him on the subject.

We are ready to test the units if he is willing to go ahead with the job.
