hub cap caught his right hand side dumb iron. They can then hit a bank (approx: 2ft high) damaging the front axle. L.H.S Spring cross steering tube and fog lamp.

The right hand side dumb iron and spring, and also the right hand side wheel were damaged on the other car.

Whilst in conversation with the driver of the other car after the accident, it transpired that he did not look in my direction at all before turning, and consequently did'nt see me. He also admitted being on his wrong side.

It would therefore appear that I was in error in presuming that he had given me the right of way.
