Accident to 18GW in France.

Whilst driving 18GW on the Argenton-La{L. A. Archer} Chartre road on 26.5.33 I approached a X road, I looked to my right and left, and saw a car on my right-hand side. I eased a little (ie my speed was the approx. 45 MPH) & sounded my horn. The driver of the other car appeared to slow down. Whilst realising that one must give way to traffic on one's right hand side in France - I was under the impression that this driver was giving me the right of way, and consequently continued to cross the X roads. When I saw the car continue and cut in front of me, I braked, and then attempted to get past him; but my right hand side
