[STAMP] RECEIVED NOV 3 1937 Dear Sirs, re: Short Wheelbase Bentley, l.B-5. We acknowledge with thanks your letters of the 30th ultimo and 1st instant, the first asking us to arrange that this body shall be made to fit if necessary the revised frame section on PD.32 and F.CD.139 which you kindly enclosed. We have carefully noted your other comments, and that it has been decided to increase the front track by one inch, so that it will be necessary to increase the width of the front wings by the same amount. We are going into the matter carefully, and will look forward to your call this week and will have available the full size drawing so that any points can be discussed. Yours faithfully, for PARK WARD & CO. LTD. [Signature] M.O. Thompson [Handwritten note in bottom left corner] Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Is this yours please? KW | ||
